Mantra Raja Pada Stotram Shloka 12 Phalashruti

फलश्रुतिः
शङ्करेणादरात् प्रोक्तं पदानां तत्त्वनिर्णयम् ।
    त्रिसन्ध्यं यः पठेत् तस्य श्रीर्विद्याऽऽयुश्च वर्धते ॥
shankareNA AdarAt proktam padAnam tattva nirNayam
trisandhyam yah paThet tasya shri vidya Ayu vardhate 

 shankareNA – by Lord Shankara (Shiva)
AdarAt – with reverence
proktam – have been said
padAnam – the words
tattva – meaning, essence
nirNayam – determination, judgment

By Lord Shankara, with reverence have been said, these words and their essence understood (by Grace of Lord Shankara)

trisandhyam – the three Sandhyas (dawn, mid-day, dusk)
yah – this
paThet – recites
tasya – to that, his
shri – prosperity, good fortune
vidya – knowledge, wisdom
Ayu – longevity
vardhate – augments, increases

The one, who recites this at the Tri Sandhyas (dawn, mid-day and dusk)
His fortune, widom and longevity increases

Complete Shloka:
These words and their essence have been enunciated by Lord Shankara, with reverence
The one who recites this at the Tri Sandhyas, his fortune, wisdom and longevity will increase

Mantra Raja Pada Stotram Shloka 11

दासभूताः स्वतः सर्वे ह्यात्मानः परमात्मनः ।
    अतोऽहमपि ते दासः इति मत्वा नमाम्यहम् ॥ ११॥

dAsa bhutah svatah sarve hya AtmAnah paramAtmanah
ato aham api te dAsah iti matva namamyaham


dAsa – servants are,
bhutAh – living beings
svatas – yours
sarve – all
All living beings are your servants

hya AtmAnAh – all the souls (already there)
paramAtmanah – are You the Supreme Soul

All souls are but You, the Supreme Soul (Advaita)
You, the Supreme Soul are in every soul (Dvaita as well as Advaita)

ato – therefore
aham – I
api – also
te – Yours
dasah – servant

Therefore I too am Your servant

iti – thus
atva – You (tvAm)
namAmi – salute
aham – I

Hence, I salute You

Complete Shloka:
All living beings (bhutah) are Your servants (dasa), O Supreme Soul, lord of all souls
Thus I too am your servant, and I salute Yourself

vidhAya – performing
atma nivedanam – request
tyakta – free onself
dukho – sorrow
akhilAn – all, entire
kAmAn – desires
ashnantam – consumed by Him
tam – Yourself
namAmyaham – I Salute

I bow to the Lord who in the form of One’s own Self, responding to the soul’s cry, frees one from all sorrows and fulfills and desires, I Salute Him (Offer myself unto Him)

Who, for the sake of devotees, reaching at the right time,
in person destroys the death and hordes of enemies – That “Death to Death”, I salute

bhadram – auspisciousness
ashnute – is filled with

The One who is completely filled with the collection of all auspiciousness

Shriya – Prosperity, Happiness
Bhadraya – Happily, joyfully
juSTo – worshipping

bhadram – Auspicious one

Worshipping Whom one gets all prosperity and happiness, I salute That Auspicious One

The One who is full of all auspiciousness things, and worshipping Whom, one gets all prosperity and happiness, I salute that Auspicious One
